Privacy Policy

11 Agency builds email and SMS retention for ecommerce brands: audits, flow build-outs, and ongoing management of campaigns, flows, segmentation, signup forms, and deliverability. This policy explains what we collect when you use 11.agency, qualify for a call, or become a client, and who else handles that information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the companies that host the site, send email, book calls, measure ads, and process payment, and only so they can do that work.

What we collect

It depends on what you do on the site.

• Browsing. Pages you view, referring URL, device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Form fields in session recordings are masked.
• Qualification. Whether you run an ecommerce brand, your email address, a monthly revenue band, and your monthly marketing budget. We use those answers to decide whether to offer a call.
• Booking. The name, email, and any notes you give Calendly when you schedule.
• Email from us. If you join The 11th Hour or another list, we store the email address you submit and whether you open or click.
• A client engagement. The access and files you give us to do the work: Klaviyo (or another email platform), your store, brand assets, and the customer and revenue data already in those accounts. We use that data to deliver the engagement. We do not add your customers to our own marketing list.
• Payment. Billing contact and payment method are collected under the signed agreement and handled by the payment processor. This website does not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To answer you, qualify a fit, and book the call you asked for.
• To deliver email and SMS work you hire us for, and to bill the agreed monthly retainer.
• To send newsletters and product notes you opted into. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe.
• To measure which ads and pages bring qualified brands, and to fix the site.

Who else processes it

These providers see the slice of data they need to do their job:

• Vercel, which hosts the site.
• Meta, via the pixel and Conversions API, for ad measurement.
• RB2B, which identifies some companies visiting the site.
• PostHog, for product analytics. Session recordings mask what you type.
• Klaviyo, for our own email list and on-site identification after you give an email.
• Calendly, when you book a time.
• Senja, Wistia, YouTube, and Mux, which load the testimonial and video embeds.
• The payment processor named in your agreement, once you are a client.

If a client gives us access to their Klaviyo account or store, that platform is their processor. We are acting on the client's instructions for that data.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to remember a session, measure ads, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking them can stop booking, qualification, and measurement from working.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and booking details while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period after, so we know who we already spoke with. Client account data stays for the engagement and for as long as the signed agreement requires. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, and you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we have to keep for tax, billing, or a dispute.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing. If you are in the UK, the EEA, or another region with a privacy law, those rights include access, correction, deletion, and objection where the law provides them. California residents can ask us to disclose or delete personal information we hold, and to confirm that we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement described above. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

The site and the services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date is how you accept the new version.
